Vaazha 2, which performed very well at the Malayalam box office and received a decent response in Telugu, is all set to premiere on Jio Hotstar tomorrow in multiple languages. After a successful theatrical run, the film is now getting ready to entertain a larger OTT audience across India.
Before the sequel’s release, the first film, Vaazha, is already trending strongly on Jio Hotstar. The Telugu version is currently in the 10th position, while the original Malayalam version has climbed to the 3rd spot. This clearly shows that many viewers are rewatching the first part before starting the sequel.
The first movie was directed by Anand Menen, while the sequel is directed by Savin SA. Writer Vipin Das worked on both films, keeping the story style and humor connected across the franchise. The makers have also officially announced Vaazha 3, which is expected to feature a female-led cast.
